At DEL T3, Vistara passengers are greeted with expedited security lines and customized check-in facilities. Priority check-in, according to official terminal criteria, shortens wait times and allows travelers to move on swiftly with personalized service.


The Vistara Lounge's comfort

In March 2016, Vistara debuted its 250-square-meter premier lounge at Gate 41. It can hold up to 75 guests and is designed for Business Class passengers and Club Vistara Gold members. It features customized seating pods, business workstations, runway-facing recliners, a VIP room, and a reading area. Reviews emphasize its tasteful mix of stylish furniture, power outlets at every seat, and semi-private areas for quiet conversations or family relaxation. 


Eating and Drinking

The lounge's buffet, which features a large selection of hot and cold dishes, fruits, sweets, and specialty mocktails like litchi and strawberry crushes, delights visitors. A variety of soft drinks and refreshing refreshments were available to customers, notwithstanding the licensing restrictions on alcoholic beverages. 


Facilities That Are Business & Work-Friendly

Vistara's commitment to efficiency is demonstrated by its business center, which provides assigned workplaces with Wi-Fi and charging connections. Modeled after luxury foreign airlines, the lounge experience provides pod-style seats with privacy and power access.  


Special Assistance & Accessibility

Beyond lounge extravagance, diversity is a top priority at Vistara. The airline offers special support for unaccompanied children and other individuals with special needs, a thorough lost-and-found service, and T3 security fast-track options. The airport-wide buggy service may experience delays, but Vistara staff are still available to provide tailored assistance if needed.


Changing Access to Lounges

In April 2020, Vistara's private lounge at Gate 41 was shut down due to lease constraints. Eligible passengers were transferred to the Plaza Premium (Mezzanine) and later the Encalm lounge in September 2024. This proved that lounge benefits continued even after modifications to operations.
